Hi, I am Hans Lin
I am a California litigation attorney focused on delivering decisive, outcome-driven results for clients in labor and employment disputes, personal injury actions, civil litigation, and judgment enforcement matters. I am not a passive negotiator — I build cases with strategy, precision, and the clear expectation of winning, whether through settlement leverage, dispositive motions, or trial.
My practice is built on the core belief that every case demands an aggressive command of facts, law, and procedure. I have secured dismissals, default judgments, high-value settlements, and favorable outcomes for clients facing complex legal conflicts, including cross-border matters involving the enforcement of foreign-country money judgments under the UFMJRA. I am routinely trusted to step in where the legal issues are complicated, the opposition is well-resourced, or the stakes are high.
Before establishing my own practice, I served with the nationally recognized firm Andrews & Thornton, where I represented hundreds of survivors in mass-tort and sexual-abuse litigation, including California JCCP coordinated proceedings. I assisted in drafting trust-distribution protocols for more than 11,000 claimants and worked with medical-evidence teams to build cases that led to significant recoveries for victims of institutional wrongdoing.
I entered litigation with frontline experience — winning an asylum case against the Department of Homeland Security as a certified law student, drafting judicial orders as an intern for the Superior Court, and appearing in courtrooms across California on behalf of clients even before bar admission. Today, I am admitted to practice in all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Clients do not come to me for generic representation — they hire me because they need an advocate who will take control of the case, cut through procedural obstacles, and push forward until a result is achieved. Whether the path is litigation, negotiation, or judgment enforcement, my role is the same: protect the client, out-prepare the opposition, and win with strategy, not chance.
